Charles CHRISTOFLE (1853/1863). Silver teapot hallmarked Minerve 1st title, hallmark of Master goldsmith. Empire style, standing on three claw feet with large palmettes. The ebony handle and spout are stylized with an eagle's head. The lid and body are underlined by a frieze of palmettes, the fretel in the shape of a pine cone. Gross weight: 731 g. Height 21 cm.
