Charles CUMBERWORTH (1811–1852) & L. MARCHAND, Foundry Cleopatra and Lesbie Fireplace set in bronze and black marble on an Egyptian theme. Beautifully ornamented bronze pieces with a medal-like patina, decorated with a frieze of deities. Rectangular black marble plinth resting at the front on two claw-foot supports. On either side, two large five-branched candelabra decorated with vine leaves and buds, supported by two women draped in the classical style. Cast by Marchand Editeurs.
