WORK FROM THE 1930s–1950s COMMONLY ATTRIBUTED TO JACQUES ADNET (1900–1984) Modernist street lamp base with direct and indirect lighting. The circular, domed base is made of gilded metal. The nickel-plated tubular metal shaft supports three glass fins that widen towards the top and are secured at the top and base by patinated bronze brackets.
