Pablo Ruiz Picasso (1881–1973), after. Four prints from *Le Goût du bonheur. Trois carnets d’atelier*, Carnet I 1970, after drawings from 1964. A collection of four prints after drawings by Pablo Picasso, all dated 16.5.64 within the image, numbered II, III, IV and V. The prints belong to Picasso’s well-known series *Le Goût du bonheur*, based on three sketchbooks he produced in 1964. The edition was printed on Arches vélin in three editions of 666 copies each, for Paris, Bremen and New York. Identifiable, amongst others, as Carnet I, plate 8 (16.5.64 II), plate 10 (16.5.64 IV) and plate 11 (16.5.64 V). Sheet size: approximately 33 × 25 cm each. These are from: album no. 445/666 from Harry N. Abrams, New York. Bibliography: Patrick Cramer, Pablo Picasso, The Illustrated Books, no. 148.
