Trois carnets d’atelier, Carnet III 1970, after drawings of 8 October 1964 A fine set of four graphic facsimile plates after Pablo Picasso, taken from Carnet III of the well-known portfolio *Le Goût du bonheur. Trois carnets d’atelier*. All three are dated 8.10.64 within the illustration and numbered I, II and III. These are documented as Carnet III, plates 1, 2 and 3. The fourth sheet reproduces the original Canson Album Croquis cover of the third sketchbook, painted by Picasso and inscribed with the dates 8.10.64–9.10.64, marking the beginning and end of this carnet. Printed on Arches vélin. Dates in the illustrations: 8.10.64 I, II and III; cover 8.10.64–9.10.64. Sheet size: approximately 33 × 25 cm each. These are from: album no. 445/666 by Harry N. Abrams, New York.
