Ω ▲ A Michael Schumacher 1996 Monza Grand Prix MZ96 'Legend' limited edition bracelet by MONGRIP™ under licence from the Keep Fighting Foundation, limited edition number MZ96_001 of 91 (to represent the number of Michael Schumacher's race victories), constructed using MONGRIP's patented technique from part of the left rear Goodyear Eagle F1 slick tyre fitted to Schumacher's Ferrari F310, used for his first Ferrari home victory, with hand-made clasp finely constructed from 20.91 grams of 950 Platinum and seven diamonds to represent Schumacher's seven World Driver's Championships (total 0.27ct), complete in presentation case with MONGRIP™ certificate and outer case. The size (circumference) of the bracelet is 210mm - 8.26 inches. In 1973, at the age of just four years old, Michael Schumacher sat in a kart for the first time on the circuit in the city of Kerpen, Germany. Fifty years later, the Monegasque brand MONGRIP™, pays tribute to the seven-time Formula 1 world champion and this special anniversary. It was September 8th of that year and the Prancing Horse team had not won in the "Temple of Speed" for eight years. A passionate crowd of 120 thousand fans flooded the Italian racetrack, painting the gray asphalt as red as their fervor. Upon reaching the podium, Michael expressed his joy with a leap that would become a ritual with each of his future successes. Reflecting on that day, he said: "I have never seen so much emotion in the fans. It is a true collective madness and this is possible only in Italy. A left rear slick tyre signed by Michael himself, mounted on his F310 and used in the unforgettable Ferrari home race, is the rare relic from which MONGRIP™ and the KEEP FIGHTING FOUNDATION have decided to create the limited edition MZ96. Offered with a printed certificate of authenticity containing all the information and images related to the tyre used by Michael Schumacher during the 1996 Monza race.
