Departed from CONSTANTINOPLE on the Messageries Maritimes liner ERIDAN on 14 January 1892. Arrived in SMYRNA on the 16th. Departed from SMYRNA on the same day. Arrived in Piraeus on the 17th. Departed from Piraeus on the 24th aboard the Messageries Maritimes liner ‘Iraouaddy’. Arrived in Marseille on 28 January 1892. Album illustrated with numerous photographs, dimensions 29 × 40 cm. Number of photographs: a) Large-format black-and-white, 20.3 × 26.5 cm, totalling ninety-seven photographs b) Medium-format black-and-white, 13.5 x 20.4 cm, totalling seventeen photographs; c) Small-format black-and-white, 9.8 x 15.4 cm, totalling forty-three photographs.
