Important table centrepiece in silver-plated copper
Large table centrepiece in silver-plated copper with shell and acanthus leaf decoration, made in two shells for the gallery. Composed of three parts in copper and bronze. The copper is silver-plated and solidified inside with lead. No screws or knobs were used to assemble the piece. Two mercury mirrors (one damaged), the 3rd mirror from a later period. Oak parquet flooring and between the two, laid paper and cardboard, the whole held by sliding inside the three parts. Length 155 cm, height 14 cm, width 53 cm
