Dressing table in burl mahogany veneer, with chiselled and gilded bronze. It features a mercury mirror set within a curved, pivoting frame, supported by two columns resting on crooked-leg feet. The reverse is lined with silk edged with braid. The lower section, topped with a white marble basin, opens via a waist-level drawer serving as a writing desk and fitted with compartments.
