Silky lambswool velvet of the ‘Kork’ variety, mounted on a cotton backing. In good overall condition. Remarkable finesse. An ivory field decorated with scrollwork of fine, crenellated stems, floral palmettes and lacy leaves, framing a central celadon floral medallion, ivory and sky blue, in the shape of an elongated diamond. Four spandrels with motifs reminiscent of the central medallion. Seven borders, the main one being beige with motifs of rows of floral bulbs and circles of finely drawn, crown-shaped stems.
