Cavalry sabre model 1867 attributed to the 1st regiment of the Saxoniter Guards.
Leather-covered handle. Brass mounting, multi-branched guard forming a shell, decorated with a motif in maillechort with the large Saxon arms, and stamped "G R I 131". The curved blade is signed on the heel "Luneschloss in Solingen". Iron scabbard with two bracelets.
