Louis XV-style chime clock in varnished wood with a tortoiseshell finish. Rocaille ornamentation in chiselled gilded bronze. Dial featuring Roman and Arabic numerals on a white enamelled background. Removable top, rear panel, glazed window on the front, mounted on a hinge, and side panes. Mechanical winding movement, original wire suspension and gong, key and balance wheel present (operation not guaranteed). 18th century. Numerous areas where the varnish is missing, small cracks in the bronze parts, elements requiring reattachment.
