A substantial yellow gold ring, set with an emerald-cut citrine (rectangular with bevelled edges) weighing approximately 25 carats, set in a claw setting; the shoulders are fluted.
French craftsmanship, 18-carat yellow gold (750 ‰); eagle’s head hallmark; master’s mark of the jeweller Jacques Epstein (initials JE, scallop shell symbol, 12 rue de la Gaîté, Paris, engraved on 13 January 1947). Circa 1950.
Ring size: 58 — Gross weight: 17.3 g. Significant scratches and surface wear. Sold as is.
