An elegant bronze sculpture depicting a standing Hindu deity, executed in the style characteristic of South Indian art. The figure wears a tall tiara (kirita-mukuta) and is adorned with rich jewellery, a short, finely decorated dhoti and bracelets. She is depicted with four arms: one hand holds an attribute in the form of a mace or sceptre, whilst the others hold attributes that are now partially missing. At her feet is a small kneeling figure, probably a devotee or a mythological being, serving as an iconographic support.
