Located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, just a stone’s throw from Parc Monceau, Club Pilates Paris Monceau will open its doors on 23 November at 17 rue de Phalsbourg, 75017 Paris.
The studio offers 50-minute Pilates classes in small groups, led by qualified instructors. Sessions are mainly held on the Reformer, using a variety of equipment to offer a range of exercises.
To enable everyone to practise at their own pace, four different class levels are available. Each session combines strength training, mobility, balance, coordination and flexibility, with attentive guidance from the instructors throughout. The aim is to work the whole body in a setting that is dynamic, accessible and personalised.
To mark this auction, Club Pilates Paris Monceau is delighted to offer a one-year membership to the studio, comprising four Pilates sessions per month.
