Signed Utamaro Hitsu, publisher Enshuya Matabei. - (Restorations, partially glued, stains) - 38,2 x 25 cm - - The play depicting the love affair between the courtesan Minoya Sankatsu and the son of the sake merchant Akaneya Hanshichi was inspired by an incident that took place in 1665.
