[Burgundy] [Saône-et-Loire] GEORGE (Henry). Solutré in the Mâconnais. An account of a landslide that occurred in this village in 1768. Paris, printed by J. Dumoulin, 1908. One volume, in-8, in period calfskin, decorated covers and spine, monogram in the centre of the front cover, interior lace, cover and spine preserved (binding by Lafon). 28 pp. Modern handwritten ex libris. First edition, printed in a run of 60 copies, illustrated with a frontispiece depicting the village of Solutré. A copy from the author, beautifully bound by Lafon, a bookbinder active in Paris in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
