First edition illustrated by Paul Janin: 84 black wood-engraved vignettes, 11 full-page plates, including 4 in two-tone and 2 in three-tone, initials, and end-piece illustrations.
One of 50 deluxe copies on pure-fibre paper containing 2 original frontispiece drawings reproduced in the book (complete).
