[ROBIDA (Albert)] BALZAC (Honoré de). *La Belle Impéria*. An illustrated tale, engraved and illuminated by Albert ROBIDA. Paris, printed for Charles Meunier, 1913. A large quarto volume in loose sheets, in the publisher’s slipcase. 13 watercolour-glazed etchings arranged, together with the text, within 31 large frames, some of which are repeated. A reprinted edition in large quarto format containing the marginal illustrations and the hand-watercoloured en-text engravings. Limited edition of 40 numbered copies; this one is one of 24 on tinted Holland paper, containing a set of all the engravings on China paper.
