[SAVOIE / ARCHIVES] – 1 collection of archives on paper and parchment relating to the department of Savoie and, in particular, the towns and villages of Chambéry, Moûtiers, Argentine, etc. (17th–19th centuries). Approximately 16 documents, each accompanied by a descriptive record. Of note: letters patent from Charles Emmanuel, Duke of Savoy, concerning the donation of 2,000 écus derived from the exemption from taxation of the taxable inhabitants of the parishes of Saint-Paul, Meyrieux, Thémoy and Verthemex, who were vassals of the Baron of Loissey (23 July 1720).
