Description
[DE GAULLE / OAS] – File on a student activist from the Union Civique de la Jeunesse de France: leaflets, correspondence, articles of association, internal newsletters, activist material, etc. (circa 1958). Included are two rare OAS propaganda documents (1963). The UCJF, aimed at the student body, was an association set up to prepare for General de Gaulle’s return to power prior to 1958. The collection provides a good account of the life of this short-lived ‘party’.
