THEODORE HAVILAND and WILIAM LYCETT, ATLANTA, GA., circa 1904. Part of a porcelain table service with rocaille-style gilded decoration and scalloped rims, featuring the monogram ‘CMH’ in the centre, comprising: - 12 dessert plates (19.5 cm, one of which is cracked, one has two chips around the rim and four have chips on the underside) - 12 starter plates (22 cm, one of which has a slight chip around the rim) - 11 large dinner plates (24.5 cm, ten of which have chips around the rim) - 9 individual bowls (7.7 cm, one of which has a slight chip around the rim) - 9 bread plates (14 cm, including one with a crack and one with a crack and a chip around the rim) - 12 bowls (15.5 cm, including three with small chips around the rim) - 1 vegetable dish with lid and two handles (16 x 31 x 21.5 cm) - 1 deep serving dish (7 x 21 x 24 cm) - 1 large oval serving dish (35 x 26 cm) - 1 sauce boat - 11 cups and saucers (including 1 cracked cup and one with a chip around the rim) Some wear to the gilding in places.
