STAMPS ON FRAGMENTS - KILOS SEALED from the JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
In the 70s and 80s, when their stamps were demonetised, the Japanese Post Office glued the unsold stamps to sheets of paper in order to count them, then cancelled them using a continuous roller.
