This set comprises a pair of decorative Limoges porcelain plates with a nautical theme. Signature: The scenes are signed in the artist’s own hand as ‘J. Mary’. On the reverse, the mark in green under the glaze features a ribbon and the inscription ‘LIMOGES / FRANCE’ corresponds to Martial Redon’s factory in Limoges, dating the white porcelain to the late 19th century (circa 1890–1900).
