Two medals, one made of a copper alloy, bearing on the obverse: a laureate head of Napoleon I facing right, with the inscription “NAPOLEON EMPEREUR” by DENON & ANDRIEU; and on the reverse: Napoleon I standing facing the viewer on a shield, in coronation robes holding a long sceptre topped with an eagle, carried by a senator and a soldier; inscriptions: “LE SENAT et le PEUPLE” – “AN XIII”
