Iqbal Geoffrey (1939–2021) was a Pakistani-American modernist painter. A lawyer by training and an artist, Geoffrey enjoyed great artistic success, notably through numerous solo exhibitions and the Huntington Hartford Fellowship. His works include intricately detailed gouaches, mixed media pieces and ink drawings, many of which feature Sanskrit script and sans-serif typefaces, ornate mandala symbols and Arabic motifs.
