Pierre-Philippe Thomire (1751-1843), in the style of An important pair of chased bronze candelabras with a double brown and gilt patina, depicting a draped and winged antique woman, resting on a globe, one foot resting, arms raised, supporting a basket decorated with a mascaron, from which rise six arms of light in the form of scrolled horns. The cylindrical base is adorned with the profile of an antique couple surrounded by garlands and rests on a quadrangular base. 19th century Total height: 84 cm Wear to the gilding; soldering visible on two scrolls of the light holders.
