MOUROUX Anie (1887–1978) – HENRIOT QUIMPER
‘Saint Anne’
A polychrome glazed earthenware bust on a rectangular plinth, depicting the saint in contemplation. Titled on the front, signed on the back of the plinth, with the “Henriot/Quimper” mark and number “159” on the reverse (slight chip to the plinth, slight glazing loss, stains).
Height: 27.5 cm x Width: 22 cm x Depth: 12 cm
Provenance: New item from the stock of the Breton souvenir shop “Mlle TREVIDY”, 38 Rue Saint Guillaume, SAINT BRIEUC, which was taken over around 1920–1930 and remained in business until 1964. Passed down through the family.
