A rosewood-veneered desk with two drawers set in a band and side pull-outs. The tapered legs are finished with brass feet. The top is covered in black leather embossed with a fine pattern (shows signs of wear and water damage) and edged with a moulding. Openwork brass moulding on three corners (some fastenings missing). Louis XVI style, late 19th or early 20th century. Height: 76 cm – Width: 114 cm – Depth: 59 cm.
