A large rectangular mirror with spandrels, featuring a wooden frame and polychrome and gilded stucco work, with a richly decorated openwork pediment featuring a seashell flanked by a bird, scrolls and acanthus leaves, the remainder featuring stylised plant motifs and cupulae. Oval-shaped, bevelled silvered glass. Late 19th century. Approx. 163.5 x 110 x 14 cm.
