Exhibition - Marc Chagall (1887-1985) - Chagall, stained glass windows for Metz cathedral at the Musée des Beaux Arts in Reims. 1960. Printed by Mourlot. 78x53,5cm. Original poster, lithograph, canvas-backed. Condition A-, tiny traces of tears at the end of the margins, two corners of the margins restored.
This poster was produced by Chagall himself. It is therefore a work by, and not after, the artist, as stated in the catalogue raisonné. Only 500 copies were printed.
