Medal of honour for local authorities. Circular silver medal with radiating decoration, suspended from a clasp decorated with a mural crown. Obverse: Gallic cock surrounded by the legend "République Française - Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité". Reverse: a lictor bundle framed by branches, with the inscription "Collectivités Locales" and a cartouche for engraving the recipient's name (here blank).
