Modern sword cane with metal handle, 20th century. Elegant cane in dark wood (rosewood type), with tapered polished metal handle, flared shape, mounted on a metal ring. Finely finished cylindrical shaft with metal tip. The pommel unhinges, revealing a flat-section steel blade with visible double cutting edge of good length. Solid assembly, functional system. There is a metal plate engraved with the words "Médaille d'Argent", a decorative element evoking a craft or cutlery production. Good overall condition.
