Cane with eagle's head knob. Light wood cane with cylindrical shaft, topped by a metal pommel (probably brass or patinated bronze) finely moulded in the shape of an eagle's head. The pommel is decorated in relief with stylised plumage and a finely drawn eye. The cast is of good quality and has a uniform golden patina. Metal junction ring. Decorative work from the late 19th or early 20th century. Wooden shaft in good condition, with a longitudinal crack visible under the pommel. Pommel in good condition with slight traces of use. Length: 89 cm. Good condition, small crack on the shaft.
