Description
Walking stick with knob carved in the shape of a shark. A walking stick with a turned dark wood shaft, decorated with rings, ending in a finely carved horn pommel representing a shark's head with its mouth open. The pommel features meticulous carving: exposed teeth, inlaid eye, and engraved decoration evoking scales on the curved part. Beautiful patina from use. Solidly assembled, in good condition, with slight traces of use. Total length: approximately 95 cm. Period: 20th century. Hand-crafted, probably marine/exotic inspired.
