Gilt bronze handle showing a hand gripping a bar. Removable cane in mahogany-stained wood, fitted with gilded metal ferrules and tips. Handle in finely cast gilt bronze depicting a stylised hand holding a crossbar, modern decorative work in the Art Deco / contemporary spirit. The cane opens to reveal an interior compartment housing a glass tube with cork stopper, probably intended to contain a liquid (concealed bottle or reserve system). The shaft is in several screwed sections, making it easy to transport. Length 88 cm. Good condition, slight traces of use.
