Straight steel blade, 40 cm long, with elongated cross-section, showing an old patina with homogenous traces of oxidation and use. Traditional handle with sheathed metal core, decorative elements and ornate central area, typical of Tuareg craftsmanship. Triangular pommel and marked guard. Stitched and reinforced leather scabbard with sober decoration and contrasting elements, complete with suspension system. Good overall consistency with old patina. Total length 56 cm. An ethnographic object representative of Saharan craftsmanship, used both as a tool and a weapon, now sought after for its authenticity and aesthetics.
