Model 1874 "Gras" regulation bayonet for French infantry rifle. Brass mount with rivet-fastened wooden grips. Guard with characteristic curved quillon. Flat-backed T-section straight blade (sword-bayonet) with cursive inscription (partially legible), typical of Manufacture d'armes de Saint-Étienne / Châtellerault / Tulle production. Original steel scabbard with even oxidation. Total length: approx. 64-65 cm, blade length: approx. 52 cm. Mounting: brass, Scabbard: present. Used condition. Oxidation and patina on scabbard and frame. Blade in good condition, markings visible but partially faded.
