Mechanical lark mirror, handmade, 20th century. A device consisting of a carved wooden element, decorated with circular inlays of coloured glass imitating mirrors, designed to attract game by light reflection. The whole thing is mounted on an antique metal mechanism that allows the device to be rotated or animated, enhancing its attraction. This object is both utilitarian for traditional hunting and decorative, with a unique ethnographic character. Mechanical system on the reverse. Handcrafted. Period: 20th century.
