Description
Paul JACQUET (1883-1968). A large high-necked ball vase with two asymmetrical ring handles in glazed ceramic, decorated with black and green geometric friezes on a white background. An original and rare piece. Signed in the decoration. Circa 1930. Height: 20.5 cm (wear to low handle) Paul Jacquet was a leading ceramist from Annecy in the 1930s, known for his work with Primavera, Francis Jourdain and UAM artists such as René Herbst.
