Paul JACQUET (1883-1968). A large open-necked baluster vase in glazed earth, decorated with swallows and "japonisantes" flowers on a turquoise background. Signed under the base. Circa 1930. Height: 22.5 cm (very good condition) Paul Jacquet was a leading ceramist from Annecy in the 1930s, known for his work with Primavera, Francis Jourdain and UAM artists such as René Herbst.
