Paul JACQUET (1883-1968). Large baluster vase with handles, in glazed ceramic, decorated with birds, flowers and geometric foliage on an ochre background. Signed on the side and monogrammed JP under the base. Circa 1930. Height: 29.5 cm (chips on the neck and a small chip on the base) Paul Jacquet was a leading ceramist from Annecy in the 1930s, known for his work with Primavera and Francis Jourdain, as well as UAM artists such as René Herbst.
