Folio-sized loose-leaf set in an illustrated portfolio with a cloth-bound spine and laces. No place, no date [c. 1900]. Complete set of 25 silhouette portraits and caricatures (there is no letter W) from ‘Lawyer’ to ‘Zouave’. Drawings lightly enhanced with colour. The portfolio and some of the plates are signed with the initials L.S.H. 2/ - Hermann, Paul. – Alphabet for older children. Unpublished album. Preface by Henry Bauër. Paris, H. Simonis, Empis, 1898.
