Hunter, John. – *Getting there*. Hand & Eye, London, Letterpress, 2003. Format 22.2 x 27 cm, red publisher’s percaline cloth with title – [29 ff.]. Illustrated with 27 full-page black linocuts. An English alphabet book centred on the theme of means of transport and travel. Each illustration (on the right) is accompanied by a short humorous text (on the left), preceded by a large vermilion letter. Printed in a run of 115 copies (no. 56, collated and signed by Hunter). This book was the winner of the ‘Clarion/FPBA Alphabet Book Competition’ (2002). In perfect condition.
