Quarto, bound in full light brown-orange morocco, the front cover decorated with seven gilt frames and a broad gilt floral frieze with sections of foliage in green mosaic, spandrel fleurons; the back cover adorned with the same mirrored design but embossed; smooth spine decorated with a gilded geometric floral motif; green leather title label; gilded head edge – 173 pp. (the last unnumbered), [1 f.]. Illustrated with vignettes and floral motifs in black, 12 colour half-tint plates and 46 gilded vignette-banners, all by Pogany Willy. Superb compositions in the style of Dulac.
