[Bourbonnais/Allier] Important chart of the Château de Mirebeau in Trévol concerning the GASSOT de CHAMPIGNY family and allied families: LA SEIGNE de SAINT-GEORGES, de MARCELLANGES, de MASCON du CHEY, de PIERRE, etc. Several hundred documents (correspondence, administration of estates, successions) including around one hundred finely-crafted parchments relating to the properties of the de Mascon family, a long court case between the Comte d'Entraigues and the Comte Richard Henri Charles de Béthisy, maréchal de camp, brigadier general of the royal guard, 2 letters from the Bishop of Autun to the Comtesse de Champigny, etc., 15th-19th century.
Château de Mirebeau, located in the commune of Trévol (Allier), became the property of Raoul Gassot de Champigny and his wife Marie Magdeleine Aimée de La Seigne de Saint-Georges around 1850, who had brought together the archives of several families allied to hers:- The Marcellanges archives through the marriage of Gilbert Annet de La Seigne and Louise Antoinette de Marcellanges- The Mascon archives through the marriage of Gilbert Annet de La Seigne and Louise Antoinette de Marcellanges- The Marcellanges archives through the marriage of Gilbert Annet de La Seigne and Louise Antoinette de Marcellanges.
