Paris, no publisher given. [printed by C. Lamy], 3 January – 28 December 1901 52 issues on coated paper bound in 1 large quarto volume, red half-basane, smooth spine decorated with blind-stamped and gilt bands, red speckled edges. 848 pp. (8 folios per issue), numerous black-and-white illustrations. Normal wear to the binding, small scuffs on the spine, a small loss of paper on p. 271, tears on pages 366 and 826. Founded in 1896 and edited by the journalist Paul Meyan (1852–1938), one of the founders of the Automobile Club de France, *La France automobile* reports on the latest news from manufacturers, mechanical innovations, competitions, motor shows, races and motor rallies.
