III-424 and 400 pp., photographic reproductions on coated paper, maps including a fold-out at the end of the second volume. Spines slightly sun-faded. French first edition of these memoirs of the First World War by General Pershing (1860–1948), who served as Commander-in-Chief of the American Expeditionary Forces from 1917 onwards. One of 108 numbered copies on Lafuma pure-thread paper, a limited first edition. In fine condition.
