In-8, brown morocco, smooth mute spine, top cover with large gilt lace with small inner lace, second cover framed with triple gilt fillet with fleurons in spandrels, gilt edges.
Publicity set comprising 4 presentation pages and 1 subscription form in ff. as well as examples of texts and engravings bound in, including 8 plates out of text and several culs-de-lampe. The different boards and back covers as well as an ornate spine pasted on the inside show the proposed future bindings.
