2 vols. large in-4 (32.7 x 26.5 cm), red half-chagrin with corners, richly decorated ribbed spine, gilt title and tomaison, double gilt fillet on covers, gilt head (period binding).
Two portraits (La Fontaine and Fragonard) and 150 plates hors texte (drawings and finished engravings) after Fragonard.
Restorations on the binding, foxing in places, otherwise a good copy. Leather bookplate KF.
